1. This is your first time in playing in Japan. Are you excited? Have anyone told you about playing in Japan before? (We did love playing in Czech!!)
Answer: Oh yes, it´s gonna be our first time in Japan and we are very, very excited to go to your country and see all those things we are just watching in TV, try your food and having nice time with japanese metalpunx. I heard quite some stories from bands who already played in Japan and it seems like you have a very wild audience, which is great for band like Malignant Tumour. So I am expecting wild, wild show....
Q:日本でのライブは初めてだよね？どう、楽しみ？日本のライブはどんな感じか聞いたことある？（F.I.D.もチェコで演ったんだけど最高に楽しかったよ！）
A: もちろん！日本は初めてだし何もかも超楽しみだよ。これまでテレビでしか見たことのなかったものを実際に見たり体験できると思うと本当に嬉しいよ。日本のグルメ、メタルやパンクシーンもマジで楽しみ！そうだね、日本の客はかなりノリがいいって聞いたよ。だから早くそれを確かめたいね。Malignant Tumourにはピッタリだから最高のショーになるよ！
2. If you can choose, which one was the best gig so far? (We know it is very difficult)
Answer : Well, it really difficult question because everyone in band has it a bit diferrent. For me personally it could be our set at OEF 2009, I guess or our 20 years celebration gig, which was four years ago. There were some really good shéows like one at SWR festival in Portugal, Liege in Belgium is always nice to play and of course our hometown Ostrava. We always had great gig here. And we are excited for our japanese gigs so maybe those will be the best. So as you can see it is very difficult to choose only one.
Q: これまでやってきたライブの中で一番よかったのはどれ？（なかなか1つに絞るのは難しいと思うけど）
A: う～ん、そうだね。他のメンバーに聞いたら意見が違ってくるからね。オレは2009年のOEFかな？結成20年の記念ライブだったね。他にもポルトガルのSWRフェスティバルやベルギーのリエージュでのライブ、あと地元のオストラヴァなど... 挙げるとなるといっぱいあるんだよね。1つだけ選ぶのは厳しいね。
3. How do you write songs? (we are curious!)
We are writing is as a band, so everyone is somehow involved in writing or arranging process. Like most of the bands.... guitarists bring the raw song structure and then we work on it....sometimes it’s go fast and sometimes slower...
Q: 曲はどうやって作るの？すごく興味があるので教えてほしいです。
A: メンバー全員だね。他のバンドもそうなんじゃないかな。メンバー全員がアイデアを出して作曲りに参加してるよ。例えば、ギタリストがラフな構成のものを作ってきたら他のメンバーがアレンジを加えて仕上げる、とか。スムーズに完成するときもあればすごく時間がかかるときもあるよ。
4. You guys have AWESOME music videos. How do you come up with the ideas?
Answer : Same as a music, whole band. Mostly while we are sitting in a pub and drinking we come up with ideas.
Q: ビデオクリップをいくつか作ってるけどどれも最高ね！作ろうと決めたきっかけは？
A: 曲作りと同じで、メンバー全員で考えたんだ。アイデアはパブとかで飲んでる時に思い浮かんだものがほとんどだよ。
5. Czech is a Grindcore heaven (we think), what elements make the scene so stable?
Answer : I know there were great grindcore bands in czech in past, but I am not sure now. But bands who survived are better and better plus some new acts, which I see really great. I don´t think that scene is so stable just some bands and this is just because they like to play this kind of music and they like to play live and they like to have fun, so this are probably the main elements....at least for me yes.
Q: チェコはグラインド大国だよね？しっかりとしたシーンを確立させるには何が必要だと思う？
A: 確かに、チェコにはグラインドコアバンドがいっぱいいたからね。今はどうなんだろう。昔からいるバンドは更にパワフルになってるけど、最近出てきたバンドも素晴らしいんだよね。う～ん、シーンはまだ安定してないんじゃないかな。でもただ1つ言えることは、グラインドが大好きで、グラインドをやるためにバンドを作って、ライブをやって楽しむことが本当に好きなんだよね。少なくともオレはそうだよ！
6. Since F.i.D. bassist is a buyer of craft beer at a bar and Czech has the best beer, we would like to know how much beer do you drink a day? and do you like any of Japanese Pilsner beer?
Answer : If I speak for my self I am not a beer drinker, I prefer english cider or rum or whisky with coke and vodka with orange juice. But yes, sometimes when i drink beer I have to say we have great beer here in czech. Our drummer Peter, he is a big beer drinker and I am a bit afraid that you will have not enough beer for him in Japan....hehehehehe...anyway I am sure i tried here in europe a beer caled Asahi but this is only beer from japan I know....and I don´t remember how it tasted. So hope i can try some in Tokyo. I bet you give me a beer guide there, right?
Q: F.I.D.のベーシストはバーでクラフトビールのバイヤーをやってるんだけど、チェコにはうまいビールが沢山あるよね？ビールは1日にどれくらい飲む？日本のピルスナーは飲んだことある？
A:オレはビールはあまり飲まないんだ… リンゴ酒とかラムやウイスキーのコーラ割り、それからウォッカをオレンジジュースで割って飲むね。でも時々飲むよ、チェコはビールで有名だからね。でもドラムのペトルはビールが大好きなんだよ。日本にいったら日本のビールを全て飲み干すんじゃないかなww 唯一知ってるのはアサヒだね。ヨーロッパでも売ってて飲んだことがあるよ。どんな味か覚えていないから日本で試してみたいね。ビールのガイドさんが必要だね！（笑）
